This site is maintained by the Lakewood Orchard Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors to provide helpful information to our homeowners and residents as well as to offer our neighbors an additional way to communicate with the board.

Here you will be able to find information relevant to our neighborhood such as official community documents, forms, & frequently asked questions, as well as have contact information for the board and the Property Management company.  Lastly, residents can find useful information about the surrounding community.
