Heather McArthur with Premier Residential Management is Lakewood Orchard’s property manager.  Heather and her team handle the day to day business of the Association under the direction of the Board including, but not limited to, collection of assessments, official communication with residents, managing contracts, overseeing meetings, accounting and record-keeping, processing ARC requests, provide closing documents, and various other legal requirements.
